Notebooks 6.1.3 (iOS)

This update provides several corrections and improvements as reported and requested by our users:

• Fix for a crash that some users experienced after selecting images from the iOS album.
• “Open in…” now shows more options like Twitter, Facebook and more.
• Duplicating or converting imported documents preserves the original URL.
• iPad on iOS 5: the “New Book” dialog now always appears correctly oriented.
