Again, a set of iOS5 related fixes. Thank you for your feedback and reports!

This is what this update fixes:

• issue with info view and renaming items
• occasional crash when moving notes
• using the treeview for move or jump for the first time no longer crashes
• closing a note while the “Read Only” message is displayed in the status bar no longer causes a crash

We changed/improved a few things, too 😉

• write protecting notes now prevents deletion, too
• when Preview is set to 1 line, only the subtitle of note is displayed
