The Changes in Detail
Markdown
- “Combined Markdown” documents reliably detect and apply external changes, use syntax highlighting while editing, and more. Combined Markdown documents are saved as HTML, but edited as plain text.
Formatted Documents
- More dynamically handle the “first line as heading” setting, even when pasting text or editing the first line.
- Correctly update toolbar buttons when toggling list styles.
Document Themes
- Default Theme correctly aligns indented ordered lists on screen.
- Default Theme uses correct font size for numbers in ordered lists.
Misc
- Improved import from a given URL for better translation of encoded special characters.
- Inserting a location from position data copied elsewhere more reliably extracts GPS coordinates.
- Updated HTML to Markdown conversion (markdownify) uses two spaces instead of a tab between list markers and text.
- Added a warning when free storage space falls below 250MB
- On an iPad in portrait mode, the left column remains visible if it was visible when Notebooks was last closed.
- Ensure that the inline calendar is fully visible when changing an item’s creation date in the info section.
