Notebooks 12.3.2 for iPhone and iPad

New in Notebooks 12.3.2

Notebooks 12.3.2 is just a small update which makes sure to install a few Welcome and Getting Started documents when you launch the app for the first time. Implemented a few years ago, this seems to have stopped working on iOS 17 when using Notebooks with iCloud, potentially leaving new users with an empty app, which may have been a bit discouraging.

This update also tweaks a few timestamp formats, correctly handles email messages dropped into formatted documents and addresses a few interface glitches.
